Harbour City Contact Lens Services is a Canadian company located in Nanaimo British Columbia on Vancouver Island. The Company was started in June 2000 by Mick Hurd who has over 25 years experience in the contact lens manufacturing industry. Harbour City Contact Lens Services is a progressive company, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand our line of gas permeable lenses. We manufacture high quality lenses with a focus on specialty designs.

Warranties & General Information

The Harbour City Contact Lens Services Warranty Certifies that lenses are manufactured to meet your specifications.
All lenses have a 90 day warranty with one exchange.

Delivery

All spherical lenses manufactured in the laboratory will, whenever possible, be shipped the next day via medical express courier. Torics and bifocals will take a little longer.



Quality

An unconditional guarantee of workmanship is given on all lenses.



Free Technical Advice

We will always be pleased to discuss details of any specific contact lens design or patient problem.



Settlement Terms

Terms are strictly net with payment due by the end of the following month.



Conditions of Sale

All contact lenses are supplied on the strict understanding that no liability whatsoever can or will be accepted by Harbour City Contact Lens Services for hazards arising from their use. Work carried out by Harbour City Contact Lens Services on patients’ existing lenses will be at the practitioner’s own risk.



Free Gas Perm Adjustments

Any reasonable adjustments will be carried out to new lenses supplied by Harbour City Contact Lens Services within three months of supply.



Exchange/Credit Policy

All lenses come with a 90 day guaranteed fit. The original invoice or a copy of the original invoice must accompany all lenses returned for exchange/credit.
